They advertised it in all the usual listing services. No charge to me. And when I was unavailable to be present for some presentation details, Dan Sherburne took care to make it happen in my absence. Neither he nor his company had known me before this transaction, yet I felt like I was being served by family. When an offer was presented, a glitch sprung up that might have quashed a sale. Dan was calm and focused and helped the buyer and me still come to a fair price, and close the deal. I am grateful to Dan Sherburne and the Harbor View people for easing my transition and helping me, in many ways, to sell my sailboat. I recommend them without reservation!
