Spicer's team were all great to work with! Corbin ( our salesman ) was a very kind non pushy person who was very informative and professional and polite and patient. I've never been treated like this from any type of dealer. The service man for the new boats ( Rob ) was also amazing! Great people who are very dedicated to their customers and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Needing some maintenance on my snowmobile, I took it to Spicers. While cruising through the showroom, I noticed a new sled I had been researching. A salesman, Nick Terry came over and asked if I needed help. We immediately dove into the particulars of the snowmobile and he was actually very knowledgeable about the product. The machine was exactly what I was looking for so after discussing a trade in value and a total cost, I purchased the new model. I returned to Spicers in a few days for pick up and was greeted by Nick and some staff from the Service department, Patty and Rob. I was given a full tutorial on the particulars of the new machine and its break in procedure. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this interaction! The crew there at Spicers are both professional and personable.
