I purchased a new Malibu LSV23 from Inland at Hyco. Jimmy and Lisa were great throughout the whole process. Jimmy brought the boat to my dock to let my family test drive it and test out the surf wave. Other companies did not offer this. Coming from a boat without an automatic surf system, the Malibu was a huge upgrade. My kids that struggled to surf could easily drop the rope on the Malibu. After test driving multiple boats, I decided on the Malibu. Jimmy filled up the gas, brought it to my dock and spent an hour or so teaching me everything about the boat. My neighbors also have a Malibu from Inland, one of my driving factors was service. My neighbors had nothing but great things to say about Jimmy, Dale (service guy), and everyone at Inland. Update: My boat was damaged part of a flood at Hyco Lake 3 days after purchasing. After some early struggles after the flood, Inland was able to get my boat repaired enough for me to finish out the season. The rest of the repairs will happen over Winter. I really appreciate the effort to get my family back on the water.

We just received our 2025 Axis this weekend from Inland Boat Company and it is amazing! We worked with Jimmy to pick the best model and to design exactly what we wanted for our family. Jimmy was amazing, spending extra time with my family so we could feel confident in our purchase and decision. My wife and I had an amazing experience when purchasing our boat from Inland Boat Company. They had a used Mastercraft Xstar at an incredible price listed on their website. This boat had all the requirements to meet my needs. My first contact with Andy and Justin was an extremely positive experience. I set some really high expectations for them. I needed that boat to be delivered in 7 days or our annual family vacation would be very disappointing. Andy was extremely knowledgeable about the boat and they were up front as to what was possible. They had just received the boat and it had not been fully serviced yet. We agreed on a date for the test drive. And they committed to being ready the following Thursday. Upon arrival in Raleigh, I could tell they were a 1st class. For reference I once was a boat salesman and have been an executive in the customer service and banking industry for many years. We were treated like their only customer that day. They were very accommodating to us and ensured everything met our expectations. Negotiations were on point and we bought the boat. They completed the punch list in one day, again going the extra mile on a last minute request. Andy engaged Tim and Dale in their service department to make this minor miracle happen. Andy took time out of his weekend to drive the boat to meet me at Lake Gaston late Saturday afternoon. After a flat tire repair in 98 degree heat and fighting a severe thunderstorm, Andy got our boat to us. Absolutely amazing! Andy and the team were 100% committed to getting our boat to us right up to the last minute, saving our family vacation. WOW! On a ascale of 1 to 10... this was an 11! And if that wasn't impressive enough.... 2 weeks later I got an engine warning. I contacted them and they said if I could get it to them quickly they would see what they could do. They figured it out quickly (simple oops) and they had the boat ready for pickup Friday night. Thanks to the Inland team we have the boat of our dreams and didn't miss 1 day on the water. From our first contact through delivery and follow up service they provided a world class customer experience and provided our family with a high quality boat. Thank you Andy and team, the Ohmsens are customers for life.
I rarely leave reviews but I just had to, these guys were incredible to work with. I came into this as a newbie and the whole crew was so helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. Andy and Justin went way above and beyond. Upon delivery, Andy took my family and I out on the water for a few hours and taught us all about the boat and even helped my daughter and coached her how to get up on a surfboard for the first time. The atmosphere at inland is what every seeks out when making a purchase such as this. It was professional, family oriented and outstanding. I got a great deal on my dream boat and my family and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the whole crew at inland you guys are the best and I will be back when its time to upgrade, I won't go anywhere else!
