As first time buyers. Tammy Julian made us feel so comfortable immediately. We had an idea of what we wanted and she guided us through the entire process. The coast guard package and boat orientation- top notch! Dennis is a wonderful instructor. Amazing Service Highly Recommend I've been treated more like family than a customer.... We bought our first new boat from them the summer of 2018 and after the first month or so we decided we wanted something bigger that could handle the rougher waters of lake charlevoix and lake michigan a little more smoothly. I gave them a call and told them our issue and over the winter into the spring of 2019 without issues we were able to trade up for a bigger boat which is much better on them windy and busy days... They went above and beyond the help us get something more comfortable for us.
