I had an amazing experience with Factory Direct Marine and RV in Hudson, Florida. Dave and Stacy were absolutely fantastic to work with. I got a great deal on my used Tritoon boat, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with every part of the purchase and with the boat itself. I would definitely buy from either one of them again, and I’ll be bringing the boat back here for any service needs in the future. On top of that, they’re also fixing up my RV, which just shows how well-rounded and capable this place really is. Overall, it’s just a great place to do business. Everyone there seems genuinely happy to be there and is incredibly friendly. The atmosphere reminds me of the bar Cheers—where everyone knows your name. It was actually fun just hanging around. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to buy a LIV RV, I highly recommended that you go to the Hudson, FL location. My family and I had an amazing experience there! They didn’t have a camper on site with the specific options we were looking for, and the owners of the dealership, Stacey and Dave, went above and beyond to get us the camper of our dreams! Plus, it only took 3 weeks from the day we ordered it until the date it was delivered to the dealership (it was a blank frame when the process started)! Andre, our salesman, was very helpful all throughout the process, and we really enjoyed working with him. We had a “pre delivery” inspection done by Patrick Murray of Florida RV Inspections and Repairs. He is a friend of ours that we trust and have known for a few years (also highly recommend him), and he mentioned several times how the build quality was superior to the other brands in the market. Patrick found a few minor items, and Mike (service Manager at LIV) had those addressed by the time we picked it up 2 days later. We were skeptical about buying a LIV because of the quality control issues that they were having a few years ago when the company started. After reading just about all I could about the brand, it seemed like they were making great progress on the quality control side. We decided to move forward even though we were still a bit concerned about the quality. We bought a 201BH MPH (mamma’s perfect home), and it feels very solid to us! We just got back from our first camping trip, and we absolutely love it! Our concerns about the quality are gone. On top of all that, Stacey added a Bucs blanket and sheets for my son’s bunk, and it was the first thing he noticed when he saw the camper. That was a very nice and unexpected surprise. It is worth mentioning that we were not offered anything to create this post and we did not know anyone at the dealership prior to when we first visited there a few weeks ago. We were just compelled to write about our experience because of the great everything went. Thank you Stacey, Dave, Andre, Mike, and everyone else at the Hudson office for helping us get the camper of our dreams that our family is sure to enjoy for many years to come! Edit: there was an unusual issue with the water heater in our camper that no one at LIV had seen before. The water heater was running too hot. They got us in right away and changed out the water heater. That didn’t fix the issue, and they spent a day and a half working through every possible cause while consulting with the factory in Georgia. Mike, the lead service technician in Hudson, was extremely patient and went way above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right. He eventually fixed it, and it works perfect now! Thank you Mike for your patience and persistence in fixing the issue and thank you Dave and Stacey (owners of the sales and service office in Florida) for standing behind your product and going above and beyond to make things right!!

Thank you to Dave, Stacy and Andre for working so hard to get me out of my too big Toy Hauler and into my new LIV201QB! This was the most pleasant RV experience I have had and this is my 4th RV personally. My family has had RVs, well always. There was no stress, no pressure, and they were open and friendly every time I popped in to look or see how things were going with the approval. It was like chatting with family. I highly recommend anyone looking for a camper or boat head to Hudson, Fl. Can't wait to start adventuring with Rubi.

Dave, Stacy and Victoria are awesome. Great experience all around. One thing I will say that is different from many others is Dave the owner is a man of his word. If they're are any issues he will handle them very quickly. Answered all questions I had about the boat made the process much more enjoyable. They also take trades!!! I am writing this review after purchasing a new 2022 Lexington boat. With over 20 years of boating experience, I have never encountered issues like those I've faced with this boat. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The very first time we took the boat out, it malfunctioned catastrophically. The throttle and gear shifter cables broke, sending us crashing into the docks before I could even shut off the ignition. This alarming safety concern set a troubling precedent for our experience with this vessel. Now, just over two years later, the boat has accumulated only 27 hours of use, and it has never sat in the water overnight. It has been stored under cover for most of its life, yet the situation has only worsened. The plywood floor is completely rotted, allowing water to seep onto the deck. The door latches have failed, the steering wheel has disintegrated, and the screws holding the side rails are losing their threads. The Bimini top frame bent, and the securing latches never worked, compounding our frustrations. To make matters even worse, the fuel tank pick-up tube has disintegrated, and the trailer's lights have never functioned. The trailer harness is completely broken, and its structure is corroded beyond repair. The most alarming issue? The pontoons themselves are now corroded, with multiple holes allowing water to enter. Just last Sunday, my family and kids could have sunk while boating on the Indian River in Florida. It is infuriating to think that myself and hundreds of other customers are left with massive loans for a boat that functions as nothing more than a paperweight. These issues seem to have been deliberately ignored by the company (Lexington) despite the numerous concerns raised by customers. *Boat purchased at your Edgewood, Florida location. I am determined to seek support and make this right for my family and others who have been affected. Please, take this review seriously. Things are crumbling apart with this boat, and it simply should not be acceptable. If you are considering a Lexington boat, I urge you to think twice.
