Used them as a buyer, while they also represented the seller. Big mistake. The broker was Walter Johnson. Seemed like a nice fellow when we first met but it became all too obvious he was only looking out for himself. Met him once and then dealt with his subordinates who were better people. When dealing with this firm get your own representation and understand that they only care about their commissions.
