Above and Beyond Service! I cannot express enough gratitude to the team at Ride On Power Sports for literally saving my investment and my sanity. I own a 2023 Scarab boat that has been a nightmare since day one—not because of the boat itself, but because of a catastrophic experience with a different dealer in Madera, CA. My boat had only 6 hours on it when it went in for warranty work, yet it sat at that other dealership for over 8 months with zero progress. Worse yet, the "repairs" they attempted actually caused further damage to the vessel. Why Ride On Power Sports is Different: When I finally reached out to Ride On Power Sports, the difference was night and day. While other dealers might shy away from cleaning up another shop’s mess, they stepped up immediately. Communication: They provided consistent, proactive updates throughout the entire process. I was never left wondering what was happening with my boat. Advocacy: They worked directly and tirelessly with Scarab to ensure all the necessary repairs—including the damage caused by the previous dealer—were covered under warranty. Efficiency: After I had wasted nearly a year elsewhere, Ride On Power Sports completed the complex repairs in a timely and professional manner. Professionalism: Every interaction was handled with care and a high level of technical expertise. It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares about the customer experience after the sale. Thanks to them, I finally have my boat back and in the condition it should have been in from the start. We got to the dealership about 20 minutes before it opened, so we decided just to sit in the pickup, all of a sudden the front door opened and Monse and Tim came out and introduced them selves, we unloaded our side x side we wanted to trade. They took it out back and checked it out. We looked at the spiders, test drove one. Decided to buy one. It was the best experience we've ever had in a dealership, all the staff were great..can't say enough good about them.
Added my bike's new look, as its now me.. her name is Cali Rose.. Well.. When I first entered, I was not greeted.. Eventually I was asked if I needed assistance. I was not happy with that, but afterwards things were were better.. I was given information about the bike (Can Am) I came in to see. I went on a test drive. I went into the office and bought the bike.. I was happy with the price and process. The bike is is great.. I absolutely love it and would recommend Ride on Power sports to others.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. In the past four or five weeks I’ve probably called a dozen different places selling Can-Am Rykers. NONE of them would tell me a price with the exception of the folks at Ride On. Everyone wanted me to “Come in and check it out and we’ll talk!” Or “Hey, swing on by and we can set up an estimate for you!” I actually started emailing and telling people I had a speech impediment just so they wouldn’t want to call me! And I STILL got the runaround. That was not the case with these guys. I emailed them about a Ryker 900 they had on the floor, told them I didn’t want anything special and just wanted the price… You wouldn’t believe it… THEY GAVE ME THE PRICE OF THE RYKER! I had been screwed over so many times by so many other places trying to upsell me when I told them I JUST wanted the price that I was actually skeptical that they weren’t hiding something! But they weren’t! So they got a customer! Craziest thing right? Don’t try to screw people over and they’ll buy from you! Wild, I know! Sara and the rest of the crew at Ride On were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I will literally skip the Dealership two miles away from my house (Roseville) and pass another one Elk Grove) to ride 45 minutes away to Dixon for anything else I need. As long as they continue to be as awesome as they were today, they will have a lifelong customer. I actually enjoyed being in a dealership! Not something I ever thought I’d say.
We stopped in to check this place out and do some looking around. The store isn’t very big, they don’t have a lot of selection either. The staff we talked to where very nice and helpful. The parts department has some items, but it would be a way better idea to call them ahead of time and have it ordered. They do a 10% military discount too 👍👍
