An enormous piling fell on our boat crushing one side. The owner went above and beyond repairing our boat. We were located a state away and he secured trailered transportation, went to bat for us agains a horrible insurance adjuster, and even threw in complimentary services to make our Walker Bay look brand new! Service and results far surpassed anything we’d expected. When I asked why they were doing so much extra for us the owner said because that’s how he’d hope others would treat him. Cannot say enough good things about East Coast Inflatables!
