Great big buying experience. Kyle made my deal super easy and seamless but it was nice and clean when I got ready to pick it up. Their facilities are top notch and they keep them very very clean. I would highly recommend this dealership as a boat buyer who is pop birds from at least seven different boat dealerships. And I just purchased by third Everglades 243 from them.

I puchased a boat through Dry Harbour and was very pleased with the buying experience. Kyle D. was very helpful and responsive which made the process smooth.
In early June I requested a service call to inspect my steering system at my dock in Northwest Marina. I did not attend since I live down state. The inspection cost $323 but they provided no useful repair suggestions. Then in late June the harbormaster called me to tell me that the boat had and alarm sounding. I told him that I had a service call and that the technician must have left the battery switch on. He agreed to turn it off. On the fourth of July I attempted to take my family for a cruise but both batteries were totally dead. I had to scramble to purchase a battery charger and plug adapter for $185. Two days later the boat was finally on line. I visited the service manager and requested that he reimburse me for the charger and adapter. He said that he would "make it right" and he would get back to me. Five days later and two unreturned phone calls he finally told me that I probably needed a charger anyway (not true) and he would not purchase it from me. Then he said that there should have been an additional $50 charge but he would waive the extra charge. Overall I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated.
