The staff and marina itself were both wonderful! We rented a transient slip for our boat and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and well maintained. This was our first time at Torch Lake and when we come back, we will definitely use Dewitt’s again! Thank you!
We had an excellent experience with Dewitt Marine! I’d like to shout out Karma for her amazing customer service. She was knowledgeable, extremely experienced, friendly and made sure that we had the best experience possible. Everyone else was great too! Went up for a boys trip and it wouldn’t have been the same without Dewitt Marine, Karma and Michelle! Highly recommended!!!
This place is legit. All the boats looked brand new and our rental was awesome. My wife and I are still talking about how impressed we are with Dewitt Marine. We have rented a lot of boats and this was by far the best experience.
We came up early in the season and even with limited staff on hand it was by far the BEST SERVICE AND STAFF!!! 10 out of 5 Review!!!! Our family was up visiting Clam Lake where my husband frequented at his grandparents as a young child and teenager. Relived many memories that was only added to by the excellent staff and serivce we encountered at Dewitt Marine during our entire stay. With advise on what to rent and rental timing and their patience in listening to our history on the water both at this lake and others in the state. AND when you have a talented artist in the family.....They don't photo....They paint the experience!!! Thank you for making our first (not the last) family trip to this place a 10 of of 5 star experience.
Great experience. The boat pick up process was easy….. parking, nice docks, helpful / knowledgeable staff (Megan) and the best portable restrooms I’ve ever used (even had AC). Boat was excellent …….looked new. There is nothing like boating on Torch Lake!
