AVOID AT ALL COST. Where do I even start? 1. Carol was a ghost. Was hard enough to even get in contact to make an offer. Ever answered phone. Never gave order updates without repeatedly calling. 2. I offered to write a check in one shot whole price for a boat if they would deliver it to CB and install a power pole. 3. Told me 1 week or so for power pole install and then would be delivered. Turned into mess as time ticked by and I was missing out on sunny boating weather. I told them forget I’ll actually pay extra out of pocket to have my guys at my marina install it whenever the parts arrive. I asked for credit on that and was told no. 4. Then when I went to pick up power pole they said it wasn’t even part of the deal! Wanted full amount! Even though the parts AND INSTALL was the deal. I did them a solid and was gonna pay install myself just to get more time on water. 5. Well after I split cost with owner to just end the mess….. now at the marina I’ve found out they didn’t even order the correct hardware for mounting! I have to order the parts again! 6. The older lady there was EXTREMELY rude. She didn’t even file my paperwork right but acted like it was my fault. Took months to even get my title and stickers and wildlife info for the boat. But then when confronted all the sudden I was the bad guy. Overall: completely incompetent business. Cant even process basic paperwork. Can’t order basic parts. And they change your order and demand more $ (at least for me they did) Almost impossible to contact when having questions, rude, non professional. This is very short review. There’s even more that I don’t have time to type out. I’d pay $10,000 more for a boat elsewhere to have a normal buying process and to be treated like a customer.
Just purchased a boat from here. GREAT customer service, fast response in getting back to you with answers and info, ZERO pressure or lies that I have ran into at other dealers, and super nice family! They make sure you are happy, have questions answered and if you have questions after purchase they are very happy to help you and treat you like family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Boats Inc. for all your boating need.
I cannot thank the team of Chris, Dawn and Corey enough for their quick efforts to get me back on the road in record time. Our family is visiting from Maryland and we brought our Skiff down and experienced an issue with the trailer. A few hours and a new axle later, we’re safe to drive back home. Thanks, Boats Inc.
After 4 years…we purchased our Robalo from Boats, Inc. 4 years ago. After getting routine service done this year it reminded us how happy we are that we did buy our boat from them. They have been fantastic. Knowledgeable, fair, up front and honest. Don’t know what more you could ask for. They handled every warranty issue and worked hard to make sure we were always satisfied. They have kept the boat serviced and it’s still like new. Anyone can take your money for a boat, but Boats Inc. has always seemed to appreciate our business and after 4 years still treats us like a new, valued customer.
