Ed was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he delivered as promised! Great job by him during all the comms from a distance; he was very responsive with solid answers and provided updates along the way. We chose to have the boat outfitted with fishing essentials and his recommendation on gear and electronics was excellent. He worked through our trade that was reasonable enough, and the price of the boat was a fair proposal. Ed worked with us on trade out and in our keeping our own new boat trailer and transferring the new boat over with making necessary adjustments. A lot of moving parts to get to deal closure. She was focused and efficient knowing her mission to get the administrative side done in order for us to own our new boat. Jason came into play with us arranging for our new components plus ordered a couple items that were identified with minor issues during final inspection; he is very responsive to deliver. Great team! Ed is a great salesman. Got the deal done quickly best price in the nation and best rates. I will never shop for my boats or ATVs anywhere but Big Rock. Next time I go to big rock in my new sea pro I’ll be hauling in fish:)
Perfect experience. Showed up to look at a motorcycle and was immediately met with a friendly "welcome in, make yourselves at home". There was Noone hounding us to buy this or buy that, just a friendly welcome and let us know if you need anything. The majority of our interactions were with Ed who made sure we had all the information we needed and that we felt at ease with the entire buying process. He not only put on a show as a businessman but also treated us very personal as if we had known each other for a long time and we're just catching up. The personnel and environment made for an overall amazing experience that I would and will be recommending to anyone looking for power toys.
Came in looking for a new 4 Wheeler and left with a Honda Foreman. Alex and Bret were very helpful and had me into the right machine and out the door fast. Only problem: one wheeler is not enough! At least I know where to go. Update: now there are two… Thanks again to Brett and Alex at Bog Rock!
Extremely satisfying from the second I reached out inquiring about my bike. David immediately responded and answered all my questions straight to the point and even took the time to send me some more pictures of the bike. Me and David negotiated very seamlessly over the phone and got me to the numbers I was looking for with no issues or constant back and forth. The deal was pretty much squared away days before ever stepping foot on the property. Showed up on Friday afternoon and David immediately greeted me and had the bike out and ready for me to look over and make sure it was what I was looking for. Once I was good with the bike, I had to complete what we all fear…the paperwork side of it! Although it was the easiest buying process I’ve ever experienced and was in and out before I knew it. She was very friendly and experienced all the paperwork was explained to me in detail and since me and David already agreed on a price she had everything ready to roll. Overall a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend visiting this location!
