We just received delivery of our Very first TRITOON over the weekend. Trey and the AMC Marina team was great to work with. Trey was very responsive, nice and knowledgeable which gave us peace of mind with our purchase. Trey even directed us with their Finance company who was also amazing to work with. Once we got delivery of our Tri toon, Trey went out on the Lake with us to make sure we were comfortable on how to operate the boat and answered all my husband’s questions. I had my boat wrapped here and the service was 5/5, they were super helpful. The shrink wrap job they did however was very poor. It ripped halfway through the winter. I don’t know what they’d expect to happen with nothing but burlap over the 2x4s. Every other wrap I’ve had has had a plastic piece to distribute the pressure on the wood&wrap. I don’t know what damage is done yet. Update : They reached out and offered to take care of any damage and were very responsive and helpful.
