Staying true to this principle has led to immense growth over the years. After outgrowing our Zeeland store, AWS moved to a larger building in Holland, before settling in Hudsonville in 2002. The following year we expanded to Traverse City, and then added our Fenton location in 2008.

I purchased a boat sight unseen and was a little worried. I traveled from Colorado to pick it up and everything went perfectly. The salesman, Jim Stanley, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make everything easy. Jim made sure that I had new tires on the trailer and that the boat was winterized at my request. He even drove over 2 hours to bring the boat down from his dealership in Traverse City to the dealership in Grand Rapids which saved me 4 hours round trip. I would highly recommend Action Water Sports for all your boating needs…ask for Jim☺️
We had a fantastic experience with Action Water Sports when purchasing our dock. The high-grade marine aluminum construction is excellent quality, yet surprisingly lightweight, which makes removing and storing it in the offseason quick and easy. The durability and design truly stand out. Zach Boone exceeded our expectations by completing the installation in April—well ahead of schedule. He was professional, responsive, and great to work with throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Action Water Sports for their quality products and outstanding customer service!
I have used Action Water Sports in Hudsonville for 11 years and find them to be amazing. Ryan is the service mechanic I always request and he is terrific and very professional! He always makes suggestions before he does any repair and Will, Adam and Joel communicate his findings very clearly. I appreciate that they include the cost $ of any repairs. Jerry, the owner, is very positive and keeps in touch with his staff help to help all departments run effectively.
Merrick Patterson was very responsive and detail oriented when ordering parts. I repaired a lift for a friend and he looked up the order, contacted the supplier and was extremely professional. Staff is friendly and their facilities are the best.
Recently did a demo ride on Cobalt R8 Surf and Mastercraft X24 with Dave - he is a much appreciated source of helpful information, handled the boats well, and simply did a great job of demonstrating both boats and their surf wakes. Also purchased eFoil - Jeff provided great insights on features and advantages of Flite foils and is a rider himself. On delivery he went though assembly and use of the board so I felt confident later on my first rides. Flite app for the board is incredible source of data. No sales pressure from either salesman - just great information!
