Staying true to this principle has led to immense growth over the years. After outgrowing our Zeeland store, AWS moved to a larger building in Holland, before settling in Hudsonville in 2002. The following year we expanded to Traverse City, and then added our Fenton location in 2008.

I wanted to share how grateful for the entire team at Action, from sales to the shop. I have been working with this dealer for about 5 years and they have been supportive if I had questions or if something needed to be repaired, the shop has been very professional and speedy. I highly recommend this dealer and wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next boat from them!
We will be always grateful for Action Water Sports staff, they were amazing from start to finish, a boat purchase it was one of our biggest purchase's besides our home, and we were very nervous and undecided, we've been in many stores before but we were struggling with so many choices and so much pressure from sales people, we never felt comfortable around them until we find Action. Eric Spore was our Sales consultant at Action and he was incredible patient with us, we went to the store many many times before we make our purchase and each time we have several questions, he was very engaged in making sure we have all our questions answered and gave us the time we need to make such a big decision ( many weeks..lol) , the entire staff was very helpful and kind. Lindsey, our financial consultant was exceptional and took care of everything for us, finding the best deal/loan and we didn't have to worry about anything. The boat was delivered the to our deck, everything was smooth and peaceful. Besides all that, since we bought our boat from them last year, they have been so helpful with maintenance, warranty repairs, and everything else we need. If you are looking to buy your dream boat this summer, please look no further, I recommend Action in Fenton, we had the best experience ever and We are very thankful!!
This dealer is great!! Bruce, Devin, Jordan in parts and service, Eric in sales, Troy and of course Mark are some of the best people to work with. They always do their best to keep their customers happy. I am truly satisfied with them and being from a family dealer in a different industry it is so nice to see another dealer treat the public the way a true dealership who actually cares about their customers should. I've dealt with the team at Action since 2014 when I bought my first MC from a private seller. Bruce and the service team always gave me the best service even though I didn't buy my boat from them...fuel pump went out the first weekend it was in the water and he had one and even gave me instructions so I could put it in myself. Finally bought a new 2018 last year and the transaction was awesome. Really feel like part of the family. Aaron was awesome and made the buying experience great. I had a lot of non factory extras added and worked closely with Bruce and they did a great job at a reasonable price.
