This car dealer - Derrick - can't be trusted. My mom made an impulse buy after being without a vehicle for several months, and later tried to get out of it. He kept lying to us about all the steps that had been completed. Told us the check had cashed when it hadn't, told us the loan place had submitted paperwork that it hadn't. He told my mom canceling the check would be a felony, and then later insisted again that the check had gone through. He said that her credit score would be ruined after not making a payment, but the loan place hadn't even finalized the paperwork for a loan, they didn't have the information they needed to do that. Nothing was complete. He was just shady and rude the whole way through, like the second the contract was signed, something flipped in him. My mom has talked to other dealers since who have all said that - especially a day after the purchase - they would've absolutely stopped that process and gotten that car back out on the lot. It was a frustrating and exhausting process, fighting against them every step of the way to get out of that mess.

Not pushy at all… honest and to the point. Jared the sales manager offered to literally bring me my title because his boy plays baseball in the area I live which is almost two hours from Romans.
