I was doing a trade-in and had brought my motorcycle on a trailer. They took care of unloading it and organizing all the straps. They inspected the bike in record time and approved the deal quickly. They offered me a fair price, and the motorcycle I bought is immaculate, in perfect condition, and I’m already enjoying it. The paperwork process was the best, fastest, and most efficient I’ve ever experienced. It literally took five minutes. After that, they offered to install the plates and load the motorcycle back onto the trailer, securing it properly so I could feel completely at ease on the drive back. Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. From the very first email to delivery, everything flowed perfectly. They delivered on everything, with no strange last-minute fees or surprises. If you saw a motorcycle here and are thinking about buying it, don’t hesitate.
These guys rock! I have never in my life bought a motorcycle sight unseen. Between their 90 day warranty, tons of photos and free delivery, I ran out of reasons not to. I bought two motorcycles from National Powersports. An Indian Chieftain about 7 years ago, and then I traded that in recently and bought a Indian Challenger. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in, and I'm pleased with the quality of both motorcycles. The selection is outstanding and everyone was extremely helpful. Of course I had apprehension about not being able to ride the motorcycle and their return policy is rather scary. I searched hard and could not find any negative reviews. My experience in both purchases was extremely favorable. The first motorcycle had a battery issue and a problem with the small lid that closes a space to conceal your phone and they resolved both issues post sale quickly. I have had no issues with the current motorcycle. I feel that their company has a high level of ethics and I would recommend them highly.
I only have positive things to say about National Powersports. The bike was in great shape, exactly as advertised. The staff were great and made the purchase easy, couldn’t have been better. They delivered my bike to my house for a very reasonable price. I won’t hesitate to give them a visit if I need another ride.
I can’t recommend this dealer enough. Being a new rider I wanted to start shopping for bikes and coming here was a great experience. All the staff was super helpful and eager to help me out, Chris especially was great as he showed me around to all different types of bikes to give me a chance to see the different options without ever feeling any pressure to buy a bike right away.
