Either it be routine maintenance or modifications / upgrades. Moto Corsa parts (Oscar) and service (Mike & Dee) keep my bikes running tip top. Angel in apparel sees to it I have the right gear for maximizing safety & comfort. Moto Corsa has the whole package! Thank you everyone! Also and certainly not of lessor importance are the mechanics turning the wrenches. Without them these bikes would all be big paper weights!
I had a wonderful experience with MotoCorsa. I ordered a hoodie that was on backorder, and Angel kept me updated the entire time on when it would be back in stock, which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond by surprising me with a few T-shirts because of the wait—such a thoughtful gesture! Excellent customer service and communication. I’ll definitely order from them again.
Great customer service. Apparel options are limited to what is in stock. They are a small business and need to keep inventory low. This makes it hard to find the exact fit for the customer. No refunds on worn apparel. Update: Angel is awesome. She's ordering a fatter, I mean bigger size for me. Customer service above and beyond;)
I recently got my first motorcycle from MotoCorsa, and from the moment my husband and I walked into the shop, we were inspired by the incredible atmosphere. We initially went in just to buy a helmet, but they made the process so smooth and enjoyable that we ended up buying a bike as well! We spent nearly four hours there, and it was such a great experience! Everyone we interacted with was not only friendly and welcoming but also highly professional. The ladies in the apparel department were amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. Their expertise in finding the right helmets, shoes, and gloves made all the difference. The highlight, of course, was choosing and test-riding the bikes. It was exciting and fun! We tried several bikes to find the perfect fit, and the employees provided us with detailed and helpful information every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident about our choice. To top it all off, MotoCorsa delivered the bike to our house, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. From start to finish, the process was smooth and completely stress-free. We absolutely love this place and the people who make it so special. Our biking journey has just begun, and we’re thrilled to continue it with MotoCorsa as part of the adventure!
Response to reply: if it's a company policy that should have been relayed to me. And let's be clear, I did provide my exact address, even though it's not needed for an accurate estimate as taxes are based off of a zip code, and not an actual address. The fact that she replied to two of my emails within the first hour today, and then didn't provide an estimate for the following 7 hours is ridiculous. If you're trying to make me believe that you're too busy during a massively rainy day in the winter, I'm not falling for it. The lack of estimate was intentional and unprofessional. Also, I made it clear that I live in Washington State and that I would handle the taxes and registration on my own.... But I understand that you need to provide corporate feedback. I reached out to get an out the door cost on a motorcycle. The reply email from Alexandria told me that in order for them to get a "proper" estimate, they would need my home address. I know this is 100% false as I've owned four bikes and multiple vehicles. I've never once had to give my home address just for a written estimate....rather only my tax zip code. Not only that, I've already got several written estimates from other dealerships without giving my address. Frankly unless I'm signing a contract, they don't need my address. A full day went by even after I finally gave them my address this morning, they still didn't give me a written estimate through email. I absolutely will not be doing business with this dealership.
