They did whatever they could do with getting me into my new car as fast and as easy as possible! When it’s time to get a new one I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this dealership. Everyone I worked with was. Great from the salesman to the General Manager. The worked hard to ensure I had no gap on my deal and that I got the vehicle I wanted. I would have given 5 stars but everyone missed the fact I am active first responder which after some research after the purchase I found out should have qualified me $500 cash back for active police, fire, or EMS. I get there is a lot of information and this is a relatively small detail, but it's funds I wouldn't have had to finance or could have applied to accessories.
Bright it in for some work under an extended warranty. They did the work and didn't let me know the tabs on the front differential were broken or that there was an oil leak. The cracked tabs were less then 6 inches from where they did the work. I went to do an oil change and saw that there was a leak. I brought it in for an alignment and again that's a joke. Had to bring it back because the steering wheel was not straight was off to the left and drifted to the left and had to bring it back. When I drive it in to the Bay it said it recommended a comprehensive alignment after just having it aligned. They have excuses for everything. They didn't tell me that the sway bar bracket had rusted through which I already knew but wanted to see what they would say. They are not looking for any problems that your vehicle has. After bringing it back they then said the ball joints were out of spec so now I get to put new ones in and pay for another alignment because they didn't bother to check them before doing the alignment. Such horrible service!
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thomas Lee was our salesperson and has excellent customer service skills. He is very knowledgeable, super duper friendly and on the ball! This is our second vehicle we have purchased through Thomas and we will recommend him to others
