I was very happy with my car shopping experience at Brau Motors. Rob Brau was very good at listening to my needs and helping with any questions I had. He was not pushy but I still made a decision really quickly. I had one little problem with my car after taking it home and he was very helpful in making sure that that problem was taken care of to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely go back there again when looking for another vehicle.
We have worked with Brau motors several times now and will continue working with them. Always willing to go the extra mile, great customer service, and friendly staff. Even though their dealership is 45 minutes from us, they are worth the drive!

I was given honest feedback and inspection paperwork about the vehicle I was purchasing, which is so important to me. I was not pushed at all about aftermarket warranties or any sort of extra fees.
