Chase hooked me up with a new triumph at a very competitive price. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Parts department prices for air filters and oil filters were lower than I expected. I've bought from a lot of dealerships over the years, I think to date this was my best experience yet. The shop guys did a great job assembling the bike, a few extra zip ties shows they care and take pride in their job. I'll be back for another bike someday thanks Chase!
Chase did an excellent job!!! He didn't pressure us into anything. We went in with the intent just to look. We really didn't know what we were looking for except we were looking for a second machine. We ended up buying a Polaris ranger crew for our touring utv. Which the machine was good to go by Sunday for a utv ride that we were going on. Alex the fiance lady was amazing as well!

My recent experience Jay's Power Center was as pleasant as much as a machine breakdown could have been. Thanks to Jay's Service Advisor Brandon Walz and the Service Techs who pushed to get me rolling again once the parts arrived. As a very active UTV Enthusiast and Club President of Baraboo Bluffs ATV/UTV Club Inc, I know that putting miles brings great smiles. Machines regardless of make or model will experience issues that need repair. I also know that It is important to have trust in those who do your service and repairs, I also understand that a part is needed to get you rolling again, they don't magically appear. But thanks to Brandon Walz and his communication skills, I was kept well informed throughout the process. It really assured me that Jay's Power Center really cares about their customers. I am proud to be part of the Jay's Power Center Family of satisfied customers.....
Excellent sale!!!! We worked with Chase Kaiser, he definitely went above and beyond helping us, answering all our questions. Already received an our new license plate, stickers and a manual, we bought a 2024 and the manual was missing. I can’t say enough about our experience with Jay’s power center and will definitely shop there again. We have power sports centers that are closer, but I don’t have anything nice to say about our experience with these businesses.We will drive the 2 1/2 hours to do business with Jay’s and Chase. Yes, we will bring the dogs when we come . The whole experience from the sale, finance, and parts was A1, would give them 10 stars if I could. We also purchased a balance bike for our grandson, he loves it. We have 11 grandkids and we are looking to update our dirt bikes, they have a lot of dirt bikes to choose from and we are looking forward to working with Chase again.
