We had a fabulous experience working with Blake Kes at Bergstrom Chevrolet while purchasing our brand-new Chevy Silverado work truck. From the very beginning, Blake was incredibly accommodating of our busy schedules and was more than happy to communicate via text throughout the search process — which made everything so much easier for us. We gave him our wish list, and he truly went above and beyond to make it happen, even taking the time to scout out the right truck for us at other locations. We traded in our Honda Odyssey, and Blake thoroughly explained every step of the process with patience, knowledge, and professionalism. He answered all of our questions, made sure we felt confident in every decision, and never once made us feel rushed in our decision to move forward with the purchase. On the flip side, We expected to be there for hours and hours like previous car buying experiences at different companies, but Blake was able to get us in and out the fastest we have ever experienced which was so appreciated! On top of all that, he was kind, personable, laughed along with our jokes, and was wonderful with our car-loving kiddos who came along for the ride. The entire Bergstrom team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy.
