i'm on my third car from enterprise (traded in the first after 10 years and over 180k miles, don't let anyone convince you that all nissan CVTs are garbage, second was totalled in an accident after only a few months), and it's hard to imagine going anywhere else. shout out to Tia for making two of those sales painless and fun.

A special thanks to Fynn and Amy for helping with my car buying and exchanging process over the last two-weeks. Ultimately I financed a 2024 Nissan Rogue, my first ever AWD SUV. It is Fantastic!!! They both explained the financing process very clearly, they worked diligently with me to make sure the issues I did have ( not their fault), we re addressed to my complete satisfaction. Fynn and Amy went above and beyond what customer service is meant to be. I am exceedingly impressed with Enterprise car sales in Lake Elmo !! They re professional, courteous, friendly, and truly know how to treat people as not just a sale. I have highly recommended this dealership to friends!!!

I’m giving three stars mainly because my mom bought a vehicle from Enterprise about five years ago and it’s been a great car. I worked with Elijah while searching for a vehicle and was very clear from the start that I was specifically looking for a Buick Enclave. I also explained that I wasn’t ready to come in right away due to anxiety after a car accident and because I was waiting on an insurance check, yet I felt pushed to keep scheduling appointments. Which is why I had to reschedule like six times. When I finally came in, the vehicle shown to me was not a Buick Enclave and did not match what I had asked for. Not only that after saying, I wasn’t interested in the car that I was being showed. He was still trying to sell it to me saying well you said you wanted this and this has that. Afterward, He said they had the Buicks I wanted but that they were sold because I had rescheduled my appointments, and that finding the vehicle I wanted within my budget was unrealistic. I later found and purchased exactly that vehicle elsewhere. The staff was friendly, but the experience felt pushy and ultimately wasted my time. And I just have a hard time understanding why Elijah would have me coming knowing they did not have what I wanted, especially since I literally asked before I came in if they have that and what I wanted. His words exactly yep, I got a few Buicks. I was so shocked at how unprofessional this man was acting I literally just stood up and walked out the door without saying a word. Again, I don’t want to make this a bad review on all of enterprise. I’ve been working with enterprise for years. My mom and my aunt have both bought vehicles from enterprise (amazing vehicles) and I’ve rented cars from them for road trips and a few collisions for years. Everybody’s been super nice and friendly, which is why I’ve worked with them so long.

Bought a car recently from the Lake Elmo location. Entire process was great. The price was a good deal. They took care of me every step of the way. The car had a problem shortly after I purchased it and I was taken care of completely. Special thanks to Cam and Amy for looking after me. Couldn't recommend them enough! Over all great experience
