Seth in service was very helpful over a phone call. He helped explain possible causes to my issue, looked up parts for me, even got me the part number for the tool I would need to complete the job and the torque specs for the bolt needing removed. He helped me despite knowing that I would not be paying for the work to be done at their shop. Great customer service. Thank you Seth

I recently purchased a new motorcycle from Davis Motorsports of Delano and it was a very good experience. Todd, who handled the sale was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Not impressed with the turn around on service. Sent my wheeler in for a carb clean and air box replacement. A month later I'm stopping in to pick it up because I had received no calls or emails about any updates. I had agreed to do only the carb clean and air box and they decided to replace the starter which I had declined. So now I'm stuck paying for that. They said they are still waiting on the air box lid to come in yet the carburetor parts and air box it's self had already came in....I feel taken advantage of
