I was told that if my license plates didn’t come in before my temporary tags expired to call a few days before they expired and they would issue me another temporary tag. I did that. I gave my information and they took down all information and nothing. I’m called back and left another message. Nothing. Now we are almost a month since my temporary tags expired and called again. This time I truly believed I would be helped. Made sure they had right email. He said I’ll get right on that. Even said I’ll call you right back to make sure you got the email. NOTHING AGAIN. I sent a text to say I hadn’t received an email. They ignored me.

Justin was awesome to work with! He makes sure you know he’s on your side through financing and shows you everything! You can have great and funny conversations with him! I’ve had my car for 3 days now and no problems! All questions and concerns were answered without hesitation! I love my new vehicle and will 10/10 recommend and go through them again!
I originally rated a 5 star, I still stand by my rating. It was a little frustrating when we found out that we had to put a couple thousand into the vehicle we just purchased for bad headgaskets, plus to top it off i declined the warranty, so that is on me. But true to his word the owner reached out to me assuring me that in the future we do have options and he is more then willing to work with us, which puts me at ease. I highly highly highly recommend them. They will work with you and they are a company that truly cares about their customers. I still love my 2015 Jeep Charokee that I purchased from them, because it is still a very good running vehicle.
