Honestly I was very nervous to purchase my truck from here. It was a great price compare to a non salvaged truck but it was still a lot of money to risk but I choose to pull the trigger. I’ve had the truck for about 5-6 months and everything has been great. They were a little hard to work with on the level of wanting my business as they seemed maybe to confident in their work which I will say is very good. But overall I will say I’m very happy o purchased my truck and I love it. Thanks guys, if I’m in the market again I’ll check them out again.
Fair price, wouldn't hold the vehicle for me without a picture of the check, never heard of such a thing. Needed oil change, which gave me 50 bucks off lol,no second key. The sprayer for the windshield was improperly installed in the hood so have to pay to get that fixed, o the sales guy had the personality of a fence post. Good luck
Would do zero stars if I could. Bought a car with a bumper to bumper warranty. Found out the car had a bent frame and ope! What's that you say?!? NO WARRANTY. Condescending response that said everything but "little woman" in it. Steer clear.
Jack and Dave were both very polite and laid back. They were not pushy at all when it came to buying or not. It was the same over the phone as it was in person. They were genuine and were happy to answer any questions. They are not sneaky when selling. if something is wrong with the car and you ask they will tell you why. For example: the car I bought was a salvage title so I asked and they just flat-out told me what the issue was. I didn't even get that kind of answer from a dealership.
Stay far away from Carver Auto Sales. I purchased a vehicle they said was discounted for hail damage. What they didn’t tell me was that it had a severely damaged tire with a torn sidewall—an extremely dangerous safety hazard that should have never been overlooked or ignored. When I contacted them, they admitted they knew about the tire damage before the sale. All they said was “Yeah it hard to tell in the rain”. That’s outrageous. Selling a car with a known safety issue is negligent and reckless. Their “solution”? They said I could drive an hour and a half on a dangerous tire back to their shop and they’d replace it there. They literally expected me to risk a blowout on the highway just to get something fixed that they should have handled in the first place. Completely unacceptable. They refused to pay for a local replacement and would only “split the cost” if I did it myself. Again: this is for a known issue they caused. They did make sure I knew about the hail damage and how bad it was. (Which I was fine with). But failed to tell me about the sidewall test in the tire. Do yourself a favor—avoid Carver Auto Sales at all costs. If you buy from them, get your vehicle inspected immediately, because safety is clearly not their priority.
