About a year ago we bought a car here that had many issues that were not disclosed to us before purchase. It left my wife stranded multipal times on the highway with no power to turn on the hazards at night. It had an active air bag recall that was not taken care of. When I inspected the tires, they had alright tred left. They lost air overnight the first night we had it. Took it to a tire shop and the inner sidewalls where damaged. We had to purchase 4 new tires as it was AWD for $1200 dollars. It had electrical issues, a check engine light that caused a fuel cut that were all cleared with a code reader as they came on the first week we had it. wire nuts holding wires together for the starter, with a dieing starter installed. It needed a new battery as it wouldnt start the next day either. It had stripped bolts for timing components of the car. They lied to me multipal times about the cars reliability and activley scammed me into purchasing a poorly repaired lemon that left my family and myself dangerously stranded on the highway multipal times. When confronted about the issues they denied any respondability as "we had already purchased it". They offered me to take it into there mechanic and pay them to fix it. We paid over 3000 dollars for it and had to inmediatly put 2000 into tires and repairs at a diffirent shop as we felt very decieved by Car Safari and there sales associate, who we felt took no responsability for there actions or lack there of. I would never purchase a car here again and I activley recomend my friends and family look elsewhere for used cars.
I purchased a vehicle from Safari Auto and I am extremely satisfied with the service they gave me. They were a little short staffed at that moment but they worked very together as a team. Once they work out their kinks, they will be a well oiled machine. The car I buy was 25 years old so I knew that I was going to have to put some money into right away. Well they just so happens that customers get 50% off their labor costs for as long as they own that car. Of course you have to have their mechanics do the work and the owners mechanic did amazing work plus he was efficient. If you want to buy your son's or daughter's their first vehicle, this is the place. Their prices are so affordable that they have the quickest -turnover that I've ever seen, so if you see something on their website, you better act fast before it sold. Thank all of you at Safari for great customer service.
Absolutely love this place. Purchased a vehicle a few years ago and have had no issues. Very reasonably priced. And in fact the seller at hand was so polite we weren't sure if we wanted the vehicle as we had a couple other vehicles in mind at other car lots. We asked if he would hold it for just about an hour so we could check the other car lots and he held that car for us even though other people were on the lot looking at the same vehicle. We put no money down on that hold just our word and his word from each other on he would hold it for us. We drove over 3 hours to get to the location and so that was very polite of him to do so. We checked out the other car lots and we're not even interested in the cars as their sellers were not as polite and their vehicles were way overpriced. So we came back and bought the car. The gentleman was very polite to us and the fact that he held that car was tremendously respectful and just held really good in our mind as to honesty. We have recommended several people to car Safari and they too have bought the vehicles that they were looking at online. The fact that they finance they are very honest about everything. We actually were looking at another vehicle on the lot as well and he politely said I'm sorry I can't sell that to you as it is not sounding right so we will have to take it back into the shop so I cannot even allow you to test drive it at this time. The total honesty politeness was just wonderful and a breath of fresh air to be able to enjoy purchasing a vehicle. Absolutely recommend this car lot and we will be sending more people that way. Not trying to convince you to do something for his own benefit like most sales people I have bought cars from in the past. They definitely go the extra mile when it comes to taking care of their people in my experience. Most people only leave reviews when they have something bad to say, after the experience with them I have nothing but good things to say about this family. I wish I would have bought all my cars from them, but now I know for future purchases! The only thing I would point out is, if you are going for that brand new Mercedes-Benz AMG they will not have it. If you are looking for a very reliable car that you would feel comfortable putting your family in or a first car for your kid this is the place to go!
