My Darrian was kind and listened to my needs, he took his time to get me into a car that would work with my personal situation and the lenders requests, and most of all, he made a very stressful time I was passing through better by not adding pressure or being judgemental. Both Jacob and Kristin Hunt, Dick’s Canby’s amazing Finance Manager, worked together to find the best deal for me. A week after the sale, Jacob followed up to ensure my new Ford is meeting my needs, answer my questions, and offer helpful hints and tips. Dick’s Canby Ford’s customer service is second to none!

I came into the dealership as a woman buying a car on my own, and I never once felt pressured or like I was getting a bad deal (which, unfortunately, can sometimes be a concern). Josh was incredibly patient while I took the time I needed to make my decision, no pressure at all. Josh was also able to find the exact car I was looking for at the dealership’s sister location. When he told me where it was, I assumed I’d need to start over with a new salesperson but that wasn’t the case at all. He handled transferring the car to his dealership at no extra cost, which made the entire process so much smoother and more convenient for me. Throughout the process, Josh was very kind, easy to talk to, and took the time to make sure I fully understood all of my options and the features of the car. I also want to give a shoutout to Razi in Finance. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every piece of paperwork I was signing. I’ll be recommending Josh and Dick’s Canby to anyone I know who’s in market for a vehicle. The car buying experience is something I never look forward to. Being careful not to submit a lead too early and have to navigate a barrage of phone calls while I’m still evaluating what I need. I had reached out to Canby during my search and was happy to be connected with Josh. I let him know what I was looking for and my nice to haves vs. must haves. He was a great sounding board, helping me not only refine my needs, but also level set my expectations of what’s out there in the used super duty market. Sooooooo, I’m a little late in doing this review, but life happens. We bought our Ford Explorer back in September, and Josh was an amazing salesman to work with!
