I’m generally very happy with Capitol Chevy. None of the issues I’ve had with my car are their fault and they’ve been great. GM however, needs to get their act together and build better vehicles that actually have a resale value and all of the factory components work for more than a few months to a year.
I came it with one of the main features I'd bought the vehicle not working (a glitch on the midgate that would not open the lower portion of the midgate) I was informed a new part was needed, so it was put on order. Two weeks later I returned only to find out the replacement part had been damaged during shipping so another had to be ordered. Two weeks after that, the second replacement came in and was successfully installed. So I made three trips to the dealer to resolve the issue. On the one hand it was annoying to make the three trips, but on the other hand it was good of the Capitol team to refuse to use the bad part and would rather I go home with a proper repair two weeks later than giving me something that would look bad for the remaining years I had the vehicle. I think the Capitol team adheres to the old adage "Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten." So the new part (the rear window) looks great and everything works as it's supposed to.
Comfy place to wait while my vehicle was inspected for a recall. They ran it through the car wash as well. They asked how I liked my vehicle and I told them of a concern that I have and told me to make an appointment and they would get it updated. Very friendly and helpful.
