If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I drove all the way from Muskegon after seeing this green Subaru Crosstrek on Facebook Marketplace. Despite my showing up at the very end of the day and having to make a fuss with my bank, Brian got my financing finished quickly and painlessly and I got to head home with my dream car within an hour! Unfortunately, about halfway back to Muskegon, the dashboard lit up with a transmission error and I had to have it towed the rest of the way home. That said, I gave them a call the next day and they had someone come pick it up and haul it back to the lot, where they replaced the transmission at no cost to me. I've been driving it for about three months now and everything is working great. I cannot overstate how great the customer service from Capitol Auto Sales was and would highly recommend them!

We stumbled upon this website while looking for a very specific used car. At first we were a little skeptical as this appeared to be a small used car lot. Don’t let their looks fool you. They have an ample selection of nice vehicles. The ones we were looking at were all one owner vehicles in great shape with no accidents. They were very transparent throughout the process. Darius was very professional and helpful. Jason was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking at and very helpful as well. We walked away with the vehicle we were looking for at a great price and completely satisfied. We will definitely be back when we need another vehicle!
