I've never experienced this level of customer service and hospitality at a dealership. The closest Honda dealerships are an hour away from home for us. We decided to give Capital Honda a try after service at our last dealership went downhill. Lee helped us during our visit last week and we will continue to get all of our service work done here from now on. They set our expectations, communicated well, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for several hours.
Listen! I’ve historically been anti-dealership most my life but I found my self in a predicament where I needed something good! Let me say these guys are nothing short of PHENOMENAL!! They won’t junk or try to slip one by you. If the vehicle is suspect they simply won’t sell it! I bought a used 2014 Dodge Durango for a killer price that honestly looks and drives like it’s brand new!! If you need a car give these guys a shot! Specifically Kris Vannocker!!
