I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the years, and overall my experiences have been solid and straightforward. When buying a new car, especially when you already have your own financing, there are generally no games, so I can't speak for their financial office. On one purchase, there was a delay with home delivery of the vehicle, even though I had taken the day off specifically to be available. I made it clear that since nothing had been signed yet, I was prepared to walk away and have my deposit returned. Once that was communicated, the vehicle was delivered promptly. While it worked out, clearer communication around delivery timing would have helped. I don’t recommend the service department, but that’s outside the scope of this review. Like most dealerships, there is also a tendency to add unnecessary accessories. On my most recent purchase, a brand-new vehicle I had placed a deposit on prior to delivery, they attempted to add their paint protection package even after I explicitly declined it. The charge was ultimately removed, but only after I had to point it out a third time. On previous purchases, I was at least able to negotiate better warranty coverage for similar add-ons. Overall, the buying experience has been positive. The accessory add-ons and the delivery issue are the reasons this is four stars instead of five.

Had my best car buying/leasing experience ever with Cadillac Novi last weekend! I searched online for dealership’s inventory and reviews before I made appt. Ryan Sirian made everything so easy. After I said I would like to lease a optiq ev, he pulled one over for me to sit in and feel it. This happened to be the one I picked from online search. Things moved forward quickly afterwards. He brought back the leasing price options, no surprise on hidden items, price is exactly what I expected. I got a match offer on my old car trade-in to the carvana offer. We headed out for lunch while paperwork and new car are being prepared. After an hour we were able to leave with our new optiq. Very happy about this purchase, will definitely recommend Cadillac of Novi and Ryan to my family and friends.

I bought my car here this spring and had a great buying experience. The sales team was easy to work with and delivered the deal as promised without any extra shenanigans you see other dealers try. I would recommend anyone buy a car here. Service on the other hand, has been poor. I brought my car in for the first oil change and made an appointment well in advance. An oil change and swapping on winter tires (which I provided) took from 10:30-4:00 while I waited (I heard "almost done" several times). Next, when it was finally time to pay, they charged me $20 for tire disposal even though I took my summer tires with me. I only noticed when they gave me the receipt at the end. I was compensated with a free oil change, but that's only because I happened to catch the mistake and complain about the overcharge. And as icing on the cake, the oil barely registered on the dipstick so I had to add more when I got home. I definitely did not trust them to do it, and am unsure if I would go back, even for free.
