Service was scheduled efficiently. However, the concern about my tailgate was not addressed even though I asked about it when I called in. At least they didn't rotate my tires when it was unnecessary. However, the price for an oil change is excessive. The young man at the checkout desk is very abrupt and not willing to discuss any discounts or check with the service manager. I get flyers from just about every dealer around and discounts on oil changes, not Burtness however!
Great job on the truck! 1st service was spectacular! 2 nd was incredible! Great job guys! Service and commitment to me and my wife! I can’t believe it to have someone who cares a perfect stranger , not a family member ! Someone just go out of there way for helping someone else ? Then a personal touch the extra mile!
