My girlfriend recently purchased her first *newer* car, a Lexus IS, from Burnsville motors and it was a great experience. The salesman was very transparent on the vehicles condition and carfax, which was spotless, and he was very personable. Very comfortable atmosphere, and very nice staff. I’d definitely buy another car from these guys.
I bought a 2016 Honda CRV from them 11/22/25 after tragically losing my very beloved 2015 CRV the week prior in an accident involving a distracted driver. Jabbar saw me looking at the car in question in the lot and even brought the key to test it before I needed to ask. Me and my partner were car hunting all day and im so glad this was our last stop. Jabbar was so helpful and we never felt rushed to make a choice or put on the spot, he was upfront with showing us the detail work they did prior to listing it for sale (carfax and the itemization bill from the mechanic) and he was incredibly accommodating when we asked for a private moment to speak. The finance Manager Dan also SAVED MY BUTT. Not only did he walk me through my options, but gave me info on who to contact to get money back from the old service agreement I thought was lost. That help refunded me OVER 2.5K from my totaled 2015 CRV. He didnt have to do that, but he did. My partner and I agree, If anyone asks us where to go, we will for sure be recommending this place. You guys helped me get back to driving what I loved, its like she never left!! Thank you so much for the peace of mind!!
I made them aware earlier in the morning that I wanted to go through with purchasing a vehicle I had test drove days prior. They told me another party was coming later in the afternoon to look at the same vehicle and said I had to come in person or I could fill out an application and put a $500 deposit down for them to hold it for me. After an hour and a half of back and forth about this application I find out it’s an application about financing with them and they claimed they were going to send the information from the application to my credit union to make the process quicker. After reminding him that I already had an approval letter from my credit union, that I did not need to fill out a financing application, we agreed all he needed to do was write up my PA and send it to my credit union. He told me he’d get back to me in a half hour when he finished it. After I don’t hear back for over an hour for something that should have taken 30 minutes or less I call to see where we were at in the process only to be told that the car had just been sold to a second party in the midst of my purchase going through. He spent an hour and a half feeding me incorrect information that could’ve been used to just file and send through my PA, and then wasted another hour or more of my time after that. He admitted to writing my PA and having it in a folder on his desk but not sending it through to my credit union because the second party came in and was interested in buying it. Instead of telling the second party that a purchase was already in progress, they paused my PA and gave the second party the time to buy the vehicle. After talking to the manager I learned that my PA was never actually written after they took all my information, and that no one else was aware that I was in the process of trying to buy this vehicle. Manager apologized, said he understood my frustration, that he’d handle the situation internally and wanted to help me find a different vehicle. Unsure if the manager was being genuine or trying to do damage control. Don’t buy from this dealership.
Bought an Audi from them a while back. They were friendly and the car seemed like it was in decent condition at the time. Started making a weird sound not long after purchase and when I got it looked at I found out someone had done a very poor exhaust / muffler repair patch job. Ended up having to pay another $3,500 to get it replaced. Feels like they were trying to hide an issue with repair that would last just long enough.
Been loving my Honda Fit 2015 EX (that was a trade-in, 82k), I had my eyes on it for the 3+ weeks when I found it online and went in to figure out my choices as a first time buyer for my own car. Highly recommend Cross G., who helped me and kept in touch with me over text messaging throughout the whole process. Also thanks to Lang on the first day I came in. My dad also came in one visit to test the car and correspond with the Burnsville team. He's a bit more of a hard sell and the Burnsville team was accommodating and professional. They addressed a wheel alignment issue that my dad noticed with the steering wheel being shaky + had the car driven to my place 30min away for free, or at least in exchange for an honest review. I ended up purchasing extended coverage, even as I came in being told not to buying coverage ever. Tho that's me being honest about my own choices. Dan, their finance guy, cut the deductible from $100 to $0, and the rate is about $2750 for 75k addtl miles / 4 years. Maybe I'll take this as a kick to the pants to go on more road trips and make music to tour-gig the Midwest and get my money's worth, lol. No outstanding hidden fees that I could see. About $16.5k for everything, got an 8.05% apr over 36 months. Again, I'm a first time buyer who happens to be honest (to a fault), so just laying my numbers out there. I'll probably manage to pay off earlier, maybe 2 years. So long as the Fit drives well for the next few years, then this positive review should stand. Thanks again to Cross and the Burnsville team. Bonus about the Fit last night: I tried parking between a few tight spots and was surprised how tight a fit the Fit was able to make. It's a bit growly in the cabin, tho seems in line for how a Fit would end up sounding and was definitely sold for a good price.
