Wonderful experience from start to finish! My family and I were driving from Michigan to Wisconsin when our check engine light came on and the car started constantly dinging. We called the nearest dealership, and we truly couldn’t have broken down in a better place. From the moment I explained we were traveling and needed help quickly, they told us to come right in. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely sympathetic to our situation. They got our vehicle in immediately and kept us updated the entire time. The repairs took a few hours, and they even offered to drive us to lunch which was such a huge help since we had two young kids with us. Thanks to their amazing service, we were back on the road and able to continue our trip to Wisconsin Dells without worry. We can’t thank them enough. If you need a trustworthy, customer-focused dealership, these are your people!
The service guy was very informative. I had several issues with my Grand Cherokee and he took the time to hear me out and gave me the sense he knew what I was talking about. Very good communication. He worked with me so I didn’t have to be without my car for an unnecessary amount of time. The work was done efficiently and throughly. He fixed all the issues. It’s like new again. Justin was a nice salesman to work with. I definitely did not feel like I was being pressured into anything. I did ask about a possible price decrease and a couple other concerns, to which I didn't get any real response to. Regardless, The vehicle was in good shape and was a reasonable price but never hurts to ask. Small communication like that I wish was a little better but overall highly recommend.
They always take good care of my vehicle, which has over 280K miles! Both at the Quick Lube and the Service department. I appreciate them and would not take my vehicle anywhere else for service.
