I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership while living in Maryland, and the entire process was the smoothest and most positive car buying experience I have ever had. From the very beginning, the pricing was fair and transparent, which was a refreshing change from what I've encountered elsewhere. The team, especially Gina and Brandon, provided exceptional service. They were incredibly responsive, sending me all the detailed pictures and videos I requested very quickly. Throughout the process, they kept me constantly updated, which gave me complete confidence in making the purchase from another state. I was able to easily place a deposit over the phone to secure the car. When I drove to Connecticut to pick it up, I was running late and arrived after the dealership had already closed. To my surprise, they graciously waited for me, which was above and beyond what I ever would have expected. The car was in perfect condition, exactly as they had described, with no surprises. The paperwork was handled with extreme efficiency, getting me on the road back to Maryland in no time. I purchased a total of three vehicles was thinking about buying a fourth, but that may all change with a simple trip to the service department. I brought my ram 1500 to get a 21 point inspection of the truck because my wife was going to be using the truck in Georgia while visiting my daughter. The service writer Sam called me and told me there was a number of things wrong with the truck we needed to get the radiator , upper control arm, sway bar links and the rear pinion seal all replaced. We agreed to do so over $3000 worth of work done. We scheduled another appointment to get backing plates done to resolve a parking brake issue. The next day we picked it up. Over the weekend we started to hear a loud noise coming from the back of the truck. I called the service department and asked them to see if they could find out where the noise was coming from. The following day my wife went there where a mechanic rode with her. They agreed the sound was coming from the rear differential where they just did the rear pinion seal. Sam the service writer and the mechanic told my wife the truck will be fine. I had my mechanic from my company I work for ride in the truck with me after I heard a banging noise coming from the back of the truck. He informed me it’s coming from the rear differential. He inspected it and found that the differential fluid was quart low. I called Branhaven and spoke to the service manager who informed me that they didn’t want to add any because they didn’t want to charge me twice because they would have to replace the fluid after the backing plates. That is issue number one. The second is on the way down to Georgia we started to hear a rattling noise coming from the middle of the truck and then what sounded like an exhaust leak. The next morning after arriving to our daughters I inspected the exhaust clamp lost a bolt and the other three where extremely rusted where they where almost nothing left to them. I had to fly back home and had my wife bring the truck to a repair shop where they charged us close to $400 to replace two bolts. I called and spoke to the service manager again and after emailing him pictures of the bolts he said you most likely only have an exhaust leak, and it’s cause because we live in the north. That’s all find and dandy but that should have been seen during my initial visit. Not to mention exhaust fumes cause carbon monoxide which is very dangerous. I may just start bringing my business to Milford dodge and jeep for now on if they don’t rectify and make this right.

By far the most stress free car experience in my entire life. Anthony Janiszcak was amazing to work with. As a woman I appreciate that he spoke directly to me and not anyone else I brought for support. He is a true professional, no creepy sales tactics, never felt pressured only supported. He truly listens to customers needs. Came in with the goal of driving home in my new Jeep Wrangler and in 3 1/2 hrs, including test drive I drove home with this beauty!!!! Thank you everyone. Beware of Branhaven After purchasing multiple vehicles from Branhaven over the years, I expected at least basic competence and respect. Instead, I got neither. My most recent experience raised serious concerns about their service standards. An oil change was supposedly completed, yet it became obvious shortly after that it was not fully done—this only came to light when I noticed the windshield wiper fluid wasn’t even filled. That begs a much bigger and more concerning question: what else was skipped that I wouldn’t easily notice? When I called to report this, the response was even worse than the mistake itself. Rather than taking accountability, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and that I was overreacting for questioning incomplete work on a vehicle I trusted them to service correctly. Mistakes happen. Dismissing a loyal customer and minimizing legitimate concerns does not. If this is how Branhaven treats repeat customers after the sale, that speaks volumes. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision—especially if you care about transparency, accountability, and feeling respected after handing over your money.
