Great service with all employees. Went up there to find a good pickup for my boyfriend and we ended up getting a beautiful 5th gen. They were super understanding and got right to business! They made the process smooth for us both. Marco (our sales person) made us all laugh and we had a fun time during the whole process.

I had been working with a different Ram dealership in Golden that originally offered a slightly better price, but the experience with their sales manager was terrible. I’m really glad I switched, because my experience here was completely different—in the best way. Andrew was awesome from the start—super helpful, patient, and really went out of his way to find me a great deal. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. He couldn’t be there when I finalized the sale, but Steven stepped in and took great care of me. When I came back to pick up the truck from getting some accessories installed, Steven was there the whole time making sure everything was set before I left. He kept things simple, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience smooth. Jeff, the manager, was also extremely friendly. He introduced himself, thanked me for my business, and you could tell he worked hard behind the scenes to help make the deal possible. Overall, everyone here is friendly, straightforward, and true to their word—something thatshard to find these days. I had a great experience start to finish and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and honest car-buying experience.

Alek and the rest of the Brandon Dodge CJR team were friendly and very helpful in meeting my expectations. Everyone made my truck buying experience simple, straightforward, and transparent. I happened to see a competitively priced used truck on their lot and even though it wasn’t a new Dodge everyone treated me well and made an effort to earn my business. No pressure, one of the best finance rates I’ve seen anywhere and Alek followed up to make sure there weren’t any issues after my purchase. Alek even drove 2hrs to pick up my trade so I wouldn’t have to make the drive the next day. I will look this dealer up anytime I’m in the market.

My husband had done his research and knew exactly what he was looking for. This was the first dealership he visited and he worked with Alek M. here. They were off to a wobbly start but the follow up emails and texts (frequent but not intrusive or pushy) ultimately got them on the same page. So we decided to give it another go once they had the type of vehicle we wanted in stock. We visited with our small kids and this extended the time we spent here. From the moment we pulled up until we left with a new (to us) truck, everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful, professional and friendly. The building was easy to find, spotless clean, and provided every comfort we needed in those 4 hours. We especially appreciated the kids zone and Alek was such a good sport and didn’t mind pretty much closing the deal with us right at the kids table! Everyone we worked with was so patient; special thanks also to the gentleman from Evergreen with a great taste in music who didn’t mind going over the coverage details with each of us individually while the other one was watching the kids. Not to mention how he made our boys’ day by handing out the Hot Wheels 🙂 Their lot looked stocked with great variety of cars and trucks, and their finance team worked fast and efficiently. We’ll see how fast will the doc prep be but overall, we liked them and will be going back for service as well.
