I usually save reviews for really great experiences or when I give a business the opportunity to make it right...so hear I am. I purchased a vehicle from them and all went well until the finance office but the Sales Manager Derrick followed up the next business day and made it right where I was comfortable with the purchase. They delivered my vehicle that evening and I checked it out the next day. Absolutely loved it until it was time to get in it. The key fob looked atrocious and is quite to difficult to unlock the car as it's missing most of its buttons and it's filthy. Clever tactic on behalf of the salesman Jason who was very pleasant by the way but he had the vehicle started when I test drove it and advised me not to worry about the key when we returned so it just wasn't too of mind. I reached out countless times to both and was advised they'll see what they can do and crickets. I think this was very poor on their behalf as much as these keyfobs cost and it only came with one. Shame on you all smh. Moral of the story check out your key BEFORE purchasing it because you will likely get ghosted in the same manner I did. Driving foreign and my key looks like it's been in a war. I'm pissed again thinking about it.

Service department is a rip-off. Wanted over $1000 to replace a speed sensor. I did it myself for $40 and it took 10 minutes. They lifted my Jeep and it was awful. Used extremely cheap parts. I did not get what I paid for. Contacted dealership about the lift and was ignored. I gave them over two weeks to call me back and nothing. The 2-1/2" plastic spacer is what i got for a 3-1/2" lift kit i paid for. I had to replace all 4 springs and install 8 adjustable control arms.

Awesome vehicles for decent prices! But the sales reps know nothing about the vehicles, and they will do anything to get you voided from the “lifetime powertrain warranty”. I called and asked to speak to a manager over the warranty and was told it was okay for me to take advantage of my Toyota warranty for a easier local oil change, and when that runs out I can switch onto their warranty. Sounds perfect!! Except I mentioned it to the guy who sold me my vehicle and he slapped me in the face with a “sorry your voided”. Would not recommend if your looking for any kind of warranty and the amazing looking benefits, but if you just want the car it’s a decent place just don’t ask too many questions
