In October 2025, I purchased a 2017 Indian Roadmaster from Big #1 Motorsports in Birmingham, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. My salesperson, Richard, was outstanding from start to finish. There was absolutely no sales pressure—just honest, straightforward answers to every question I had. Richard went above and beyond, even taking the time after they had already closed to help me load the bike and make sure everything was secured properly. That level of dedication and customer care is something you just don’t see every day. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes you feel valued rather than rushed, but Big #1 Motorsports truly delivered. Excellent customer service. Had a great experience purchasing a new bike from Grayson. He was very patient with me and took me on a couple of test rides. Very nice selection of motorsports no matter what you are looking for.
I dealt with Grayson at big #1 Motorsports when I wanted to buy a road glide they had. He was extremely helpful. Made the process supper easy and pain free so when I came to get the bike everything went smoothly with no surprises. I would 100% buy a bike from him again.
