I had the absolute best experience purchasing my new vehicle at Boucher Hyundai of Janesville. Long story short, I found the same model at another dealership, but they were unbelievably rude, dishonest, and dismissive. I left feeling frustrated and defeated. Then I called Elly, the salesperson at Boucher, and immediately felt the difference. I told her about my bad experience, the specific vehicle I wanted, my tight timeline, and how all I wanted was kindness and fairness. She didn’t hesitate for a second. Within minutes, she and Megan, the finance manager, had everything handled: deposit placed, credit application processed, and paperwork ready. Even though I live 1.5 hours away, it was 100% worth the drive. When I arrived the next morning, the vehicle was spotless and ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour, and every single detail I had asked about was honored exactly as promised. Elly even surprised my 4-year-old daughter with a Halloween goodie bag and made her feel part of the experience. And I was gifted a free Coach bag of my choice, such a thoughtful touch! From start to finish, the honesty, communication, and genuine kindness from this team were unmatched. We just purchased our vehicle from this dealership and had an absolutely great experience. We were coming from two hours away, so the online communication beforehand was extremely important to us. From the very beginning, everything was transparent, detailed, and straightforward. There were no surprises when we arrived — the price we negotiated online was exactly what it was in person. That alone speaks volumes. Brandon and Corey were both fantastic to work with. They were professional, helpful, and respectful of our time. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and everyone we interacted with was welcoming and accommodating.

This is my third Hyundai purchase, and by far my best experience working with a salesperson. I had a couple of unpleasant experiences with another Hyundai dealership when searching for an Elantra. They had no sense of urgency, did not update their inventory accurately and were not respectful of my schedule when trying to find a date and time to meet. That being said, I decided to reach out to Boucher. Although they were much further away, it was well worth the experience we had while shopping and purchasing a vehicle. Not only were their sale prices lower than the other dealership, but their staff was also more competent. We had the pleasure of working with Elly, who was extremely prompt, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly—not pushy! She stayed late and went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process. It was also a pleasant surprise when Boucher offered us a chance to select from an array of extravagant gifts for the purchase of our vehicle. I highly recommend Boucher as a dealership, and I plan to return for future purchases.
