My experience with Victory Honda was for the most part pretty good. The parts came in pretty fast. The service was pretty good Couple of things that I didn’t like I had the call to clarify that my car was ready and on the day to pick up my car was full of snow and I had to clean it off and my battery was dead and they had to Jump it they are a little bit steep. I will say that on prices I had some issues with my brake light so I had They put a new wiring harness and it needed a brake pedal sensor and the car runs fabulous so I am pretty satisfied I just wasn’t satisfied that I had to clean my car up and I had to shovel a bunch of snow to get my car out. That was the only complaint and I had to drive 45 minutes away to talk with the technician to explain to him what all happened because when I called to explain to them, Denise did not give the full details of what was wrong with my car and then I tried asking Denise what was the reason for that issue to fail she said that she would call me back when the technician is back so I am hoping that they would call me back, but I’m not 100% sure yet if they will, I would recommend Victory Honda to people That have electrical issues from the start when I came in as well. I came to drop off my car and they asked me if I needed any oil changes and I said no and it kind of seemed a little bit off that from the gecko they wanted more money out of me so that was a little frightening for a second but Overall, I am pretty satisfied I give it a 4.9
My experience with Victory Honda was very pleasant. Tori the sales consultant I worked with was attentive it my situation and concerns regarding my previous vehicle. I test drove a used Civic Type R and after a week or so of test driving all of the competition I settled on a Boost Blue Type R. Tori and their manager worked with me to find exactly the car I was looking for at another dealership and have it moved to their Michigan City showroom. Thank you Tori for all your assistance and I look forward to a lot of smiles in my new Type R!
