We bought our vehicle (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited, 55k miles) and the salesman/finance team were amazing, fair negotiation, did not experience any negative experience with that side of the dealership. Before we even pulled the vehicle off the lot, our vehicle started to have lots of electronical feature issues ex: heated seats, heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise, blind spot monitor, (any feature you can think of, the light was on). I brought the vehicle back the next morning at open time for the service department and waited around 3 hours before I heard anything about the issue (I had to ask, I was not told directly). Service manager said that it was "the batteries" and I drove home, less than 30min of driving, same thing started happening so I took the vehicle back (keep in mind we live 2hrs away) and dropped it off and got a loaner. A few days later, we were told the vehicle was fixed and ready after just unplugging the battery overnight (this should have been common sense the issue wouldnt be fixed) but we drove up there, and same thing happened on the way home. Droveit back, and have been waiting ever since. We have not had our vehicle in possession for over 8hrs since we bought the vehicle 2 weeks ago. I will update my review once we have our vehicle back, thank god the dealership is offering to fix the vehicle, but the vehicle should have A: been driven enough for the issue to pop up before being sold and B: the service department should at least drive the vehicle a little bit to see if the issue is actually fixed. Will update review to 4 stars if we get the vehicle back without paying anything for repairs, and the issue doesn't persist but for now, this is my review. Everyone is super nice and cordial, but in my opinion, this issue should have been realized before being sold, and the service department should definitely be driving the vehicle to insure the issue on the vehicle doesn't persist. Updating to 5 stars due to the dealerships willingness to make it right with the customer. The dealership even offered to deliver the vehicle to me due to the distance between me and the dealership. This was a very niche situation considering the loaner vehicle I had ended up getting ran into. Lol
