Brennan was very helpful and didn’t rush the process at all even after the business had officially closed as I had multiple family members helping in the process of choosing the right vehicle for me. He even let us use the garage and check some things ourselves before coming to a decision. He was very patient the whole time and also sensitive to the individual deal we were working on.I believe that I got a great deal that day and am very pleased with the results! He got the paperwork done while I dealt with the insurance and worked out a price that I could afford.I honestly showed up with as much as I could afford and we worked out something very close that my family member was able to lend me so we could finalize the deal. There was a lot of waiting because my family memeher still ran to a bank and I had to finish getting insurance which all took time, but he was patient the whole time and offered us water. Also the space was warm and cozy too! I highly recommend this business for looking into a used vehicle! The owner knows what they are selling and has really fair pricing! I have to give 5 stars because it really was overall!

(BAD EXPERIENCE) I did not have a good experience in trying to purchase a BMW from this dealer. After terms were agreed upon and a deposit was made. I was then refunded my money and then blocked from any forms of communication and left with out any explanation of what happened. other than people decided not to sell. All transpired the morning of me making my 4 hour trip to pick up vehicle. I appreciate you refunding deposit and being kind and answering my phone calls
