My husband & I have nvr had any problems with any repairs that Bob did on multiple vehicles of ours. If we did have something happen after repair then Bob always made it right without issues! His wife Michelle does her best at the counter & i luv walking in & hanging out with them for hrs while getting work done or just stopping in to say hello. Its a very friendly environment. I still call Bob for questions about repairs when I moved 2 hrs away!
Had to give it a star to review. Didn't want to. Don't let their greetings fool you. Prices vary per customer. Many vehicles come back for some reason or, another. No organization skills for business, that's for sure. A couple of hours work, often turns into a day or, days.
Absolutely the most friendly and helpful service you could ever hope for. Wife and I were in a bind with DEF system failure during a road trip. Bob and his wife were an immense help to getting us back on the road and where we needed to go! Can't not express how grateful we were to have found them!
My wife and son were on a road trip when our car began having A/C issues on a 90 plus degree day and the brakes began to grind near Plymouth ( 1 hour and 30 minutes away from home). I searched auto repair shops in the area and Bob's was the first shop I called after reading all the great reviews. Michelle answered the phone and was so pleasant as I explained to her that my wife was traveling and the problems with the car. She told me to "have her come on in and Bob will check it out so we can get them cooled off". Bob immediately corrected the issue with the A/C and then checked on our brakes. He found that the pads were down to roughly 10% and showed my wife how bad the brakes were. They gave us a fair quote with no pressure. We asked if he could possibly fix them today and Bob got right on it. They got my wife and son back on the road safely and quickly. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to fix our vehicle problems right away. Great people and a great business!! We highly recommend Bob's Automotive and would be our go to mechanic if we lived closer!!
