Did a decent job. Went in for an oil change and recall. Had to schedule the recall fix. When I got there i was told about an hour to hour in half. Oil change was done but had to reschedule the recall. This was due to some ipad going down? So second trip back it. The tech was definitely better this time then past experiences.

My husband and I have bought a Telluride and Sorento from this Kia. Telluride was great but I advise against a Sorento. We have had nonstop issues on a car with only 17k miles. All the sensors go off randomly while driving and yesterday it began to violently shake on the interstate. Kia said to bring it in, so I scheduled routine maintenance and for them to look at the electronic and shaking issue. Even though I have taken a photo every time the sensors go off, we were told there is nothing they can do (we have the electronics warranty). Then they said it’s not shaking for them and forgot to do the routine maintenance while my husband sat there for hours. We both work FT and can’t afford to keep taking off of work.
