Went into dealership with some good not great expectations of buying a car. By no means going to (jump the gun so to speak). But, happen being my partner runs into a high school friend of 40 + years, rare, salesman. Comes across as a great guy, very personable and so on. Well it’s raining and he’s asking what we’re in the market for, so we proceed to explain and he says let’s go take a ride in it! I’m like wait, I want to check it out see what it has or hasn’t have, if I think I may like or not. Oh yeah he says good idea let me go get it. Short of the Very long story…….. We got SHAFTED!!!! LIED TO, INTEREST RAISED WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE,TOLD ONE PERSON COULDNT GO ON LOAN BECAUSE IT WOULD MAKE INTEREST RATE GO HIGHER ON LOAN FOR THE OTHER PERSON!! WELL ALL THAT WAS BS TATICS TO GET YOU TO BUY A CAR!!!! NEVER BUY FROM BILL ESTES CHEVOLET IN INDIANAPOLIS THEY WILL SAY WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SELL YOU A CAR EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST DOLLAR OR CHILD!!!!!!
Mark and Bill assisted me with warranty information for my vehicle repairs. Mark is very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the entire process. Bill also provided excellent customer service. Although I did have to wait each time for my repairs to be completed, they were finished in a timely manner, and the staff consistently delivered excellent service.
