I had nothing but the greatest experience in buying a car at Bob Maxey Ford Everyone there was very nice and very polite but the real hero was Khurram he showed me and my family, the upmost respect. He helped us with everything. Any question that I asked he always had an answer for it, and he truly truly did a very great job and getting me into my vehicle that I truly wanted because I had the worst experience at James Martin Chevrolet. They tried to rip me off and they try to get me to pay two car notes then when I wouldn’t take the two car notes, they try to sell me a 2017 beat up use Cadillac with an insane high interest rate, but what I came to Bob Maxey Ford they just took the wheel and they guided me in the right direction again. I had nothing but the best experience in purchasing a car with this company. I am truly thankful for what the dealer and what he has done for me and I highly recommend anyone who needs a car or is looking for their first car go to Bob Maxey Ford and ask for Khurram he will help with anything you need when looking for a new car.

They offered me a courtesy ride home, and they picked me up when my car was ready. I dropped off my car at 1:30 p.m., and they called me 20 minutes before closing to inform me that the car was ready. However, they couldn’t pick me up, and if I couldn’t find a ride within the next 20 minutes, I would have to leave it overnight. While they offered convenience, it turned out to be inconvenient because I need my car for work and to take my kids to school in the morning. As a result, I had to use Uber Express, which costs extra to get there as soon as possible before they close. The least they could have done was cover my Uber ride.
