The staff at BMW Motorcycles of Richfield is great! I bought my motorcycle there new last year (and had a great experience), but this visit was for a warranty service repair so I primarily dealt with Jake in service. I have to travel 2.5 hours to get to their location, and Jake was awesome to work with! He made sure to get my bike in right away to see if the repairs could be done quickly enough to avoid me having to make two trips on two different days. The service technician did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing my issue and I was on my way home with bike fixed in a matter of a couple hours. Everyone that I encountered there was friendly and helpful! This was not a unique experience as every time I bring my bike in I am impressed with the service. I highly recommend going to them for motorcycle purchase and service!
This was my first Ducati purchase ever, and the staff made it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, The store is clean, well stocked, and just fun to be in. The sales staff is very helpful, and will give you the space and time you need to just sit on the bikes, and experience the allure of the Ducati brand. When it came time to talk about my purchase, their honesty and transparency were hands down the best part of the experience. It made me a lifetime customer.
