Dealership was good, no issues but as for FORD on the other hand. I am not happy. I want to start by saying that my frustration is not directed at the employees at the Ford dealership. My issue is with the fact that I purchased a $33,000–$35,000 2024 Ford maverick truck that apparently cannot be driven in winter conditions because normal snow accumulation can rip the under-skirting (body splash guard)off the vehicle. I hope you can understand how unacceptable and infuriating that is. Built Ford Tough…..yet a light-duty pickup truck in Michigan, of all places, can’t be safely driven on public roads even days after a snowfall. I returned from Mississippi on Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday morning, the very first day I drove the truck, the roads weren’t even bad just light residual snow and it was still enough to tear the felt body splash guard (yes a felt cover for aerodynamics and noise ), halfway off the truck. For a truck in this price range, and in a state where winter is a guarantee, this is beyond frustrating.

Blackwell Ford was amazing on fixing my 2015 Ford Focus. They came and picked it up from my house because it was having transmission issues. They kept me informed during the whole process, And even dropped it back off to me when they were done! Will be using this dealership/ service center in the future!
