I made an "ALL CASH" purchase of a 2018 Chevy Traverse LT from Billy's Auto Sales this Monday. From the beginning, the staff was friendly. My initial interactions with the salesman, Hass, were pleasant. I thoroughly inspected the vehicle—no warning lights on the dash, no signs of damage, and I checked the vehicle history report. Hass assured me this was a great car, the best on their lot, and promised me that if there were any issues, they would work with me to fix them. I left feeling reassured, especially after he gave me a 90-day powertrain warranty instead of the 30-day warranty I initially requested. After the test drive, everything seemed fine. We drove the car around, tested the brakes, engine, and listened for any unusual noises. The only issue was a tire sensor light that appeared, but I wasn’t concerned as my other vehicle does the same thing. However, the check engine light came on as I was driving home. I immediately took the car to AutoZone, and the diagnostic revealed that the catalytic converter was bad. When I contacted the warranty company they said the repair will cost us $3,000. I felt sick to my stomach. Within two weeks after my purchase Billy’s Auto Sales took full responsibility and partnered with Plymouth Auto Service they replaced my catalytic converters front and back free of charge. They didn’t have to do this due to the sale being as is! Thank you guys so much for helping me and making what seemed to be a nightmare turn into a beautiful reality! These guys are the real deal and I would happily recommend them to everyone! We will be getting more vehicles through them and encouraging as many people to do the same!
